Meet Sarah
Sarah brings more than a decade of experience within weddings and events to her work as a celebrant, giving her a natural understanding of how a celebration flows and how important a calm, confident presence can be on the day.
She takes time to learn about each couple, their story, the people who matter to them and all those little details that make their relationship unique.
That story is then turned into a completely bespoke ceremony that can be romantic, funny, emotional, unconventional — or a wonderful mixture of all four.

Sunday Best Ceremonies offers wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, elopement ceremonies, bespoke ceremony writing, personal vow guidance, readings, music and guest involvement, symbolic elements such as handfasting, ring warming and unity ceremonies, venue visits, rehearsals and liaison with venues and wedding suppliers.
Family members, children and even much-loved pets can all become part of the ceremony too.
A personal approach from beginning to end
Sarah begins with an informal discovery call, giving couples the chance to talk through their ideas and make sure everything feels right.
From there, she gets to know their story before creating a ceremony that reflects who they really are.
She also books just one ceremony per day, allowing her to give every couple her full attention without rushing from one event to another.
Celebrate somewhere meaningful
Celebrant-led ceremonies offer couples the freedom to step away from the traditional format and celebrate somewhere that genuinely means something to them.
That could be a Devon wedding venue, a family garden, woodland, a beach or somewhere completely unique.
Sarah is based in East Devon near Exeter and regularly works throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and the wider South West, while also travelling further afield.
